Project Fasten Your Seatbelt

Project Fasten Your Seatbelt (FYS), was my first project on the HvA. At the start of the year we learned the basics of programming using Java. For project FYS we had to make a game using processing. Processing is an open-source graphics library and IDE that uses Java. 

My Contribution

We worked in a five man team, where one other person and I did almost all of the programming.

The things that I programmed for the project are: Player movement, collision detection, collision resolution, power ups (grappling arm, rocket boots), the boss, items (fuel, magnet), highscore and checkpoints.
